Spring Cleanup Event

I stopped by Orono’s Spring Cleanup Day on Saturday—and I’m glad I got there early because the line was already forming!

Events like this are part of the reason I appreciate living in Orono - they do more than just help folks clear out their garages. They bring the community together, give us all a chance to take care of our town, and make it easier to get rid of things that don’t belong in the regular trash. Cleanup days also play a big role in reducing pollution, encouraging recycling, and helping us all be a little more mindful of our impact on the environment.
